Withdrawals: what to expect

This is the part players complain about most. True Fortune's terms say withdrawal approval may take up to 18 working days. On top of that:

• you can withdraw at most 1,500 per request and 10,000 per month, so larger wins are paid in parts;
• if you deposited 249 or less, your withdrawal from that session is capped at 10x the deposit;
• the minimum withdrawal is 50;
• the terms list a 10–40 transfer fee on withdrawals and a 3% processing fee on deposits.

Is True Fortune legit for UK players?

True Fortune is a real, long-running casino brand, but it is not regulated in Great Britain. It is not in the UK Gambling Commission register, it does not mention GamStop, and its terms do not name any independent dispute service – complaints go to the casino, and its decisions are final.
