True Fortune is known for its free chips – no deposit bonuses credited to your account so you can try the games without paying in. They are real offers, but the rules decide whether a win ever reaches your bank. This page explains those rules as they appear in True Fortune's own terms (checked 6 October 2026).

What a True Fortune free chip is
A free chip is a bonus amount – usually a small sum such as 25 or 50 – that you play with before making any deposit. True Fortune's terms call these "Free Bonuses (Free Chips)". The casino also runs a separate 50 free spins sign-up offer; see True Fortune free spins.
Can you withdraw a no deposit win?
Yes, but only up to 50, and only after you have made a deposit. In practice:
- You claim a free chip and play it through 20x–60x wagering.
- Whatever your balance, the most that can be withdrawn from free bonuses is 50.
- Before the withdrawal is paid, you must make a deposit of at least 15.
- You submit your documents, and the withdrawal enters the normal approval queue – which can take up to 18 working days.
Players report this rule often. One wrote on the LCB forum that support told them they "needed to make a minimum of a $25 'verification deposit'" to withdraw a no deposit win (March 2023). Others say they could not withdraw after using several free bonuses in a row. Read the terms of each chip before you play.

Claim at True FortuneHow to get the current free chip
True Fortune announces free chips in the cashier, in your account's promotions area and by email. Codes change and are not listed on the casino's public pages, so treat any code you find on a third-party site with care. See how True Fortune promo codes work.
Free chip or deposit bonus?
A free chip costs nothing but can pay out at most 50. The 200% welcome bonus needs a deposit and has its own cash-out cap of 10x your deposit. If you want to try the casino with no risk, a free chip is enough; just do not expect a large withdrawal from it.
Withdrawal time after a no deposit win
Once you have deposited and verified, withdrawals follow the normal rules: approval can take up to 18 working days, the minimum withdrawal is 50, and transfer fees may apply. See the withdrawals guide.
Free chip amounts
Searching for a specific amount? See the $50 free chip and the free 250 chip – the cash-out cap of 50 applies to both. For spins without a deposit, see $25 free spins no deposit.
